Terms of Service

i-Chat (hq.i-chat.eu) is run by the i-Chat team. Contact: support@i-chat.eu.

You may use i-Chat only with Instagram professional accounts, WhatsApp Business Accounts and Threads profiles you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the auto-replies, automations, broadcasts, keywords, links and messages you configure.

You agree to follow the Meta Platform Terms, the Instagram and Threads policies, the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, applicable messaging rules, privacy laws, advertising rules and anti-spam laws. On WhatsApp you send marketing messages only to people who agreed to receive them, and you respect their opt-out. i-Chat may rate-limit, pause or disable automations that create compliance, abuse, security or deliverability risk.

The messages and contact details of the people who write to you belong to you: you are their controller, and we process them only to provide i-Chat to you, on your instructions. We keep them confidential and secure, use only the kinds of service providers listed in the Privacy Policy, help you answer your customers’ requests about their data, and delete the data when you delete it or close your account.

i-Chat depends on third-party platforms and providers, including Meta (Instagram, WhatsApp, Threads), our hosting provider and our email provider. We work to operate the service reliably, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

i-Chat connects to Instagram, WhatsApp and Threads through Meta’s official APIs. Managed support, agency workflows, analytics and reports may be offered as separate paid features.

• WhatsApp message charges are billed by Meta directly to the payment method you add in Meta’s own settings.
• AI replies use the AI provider you connect with your own key, under your own agreement with that provider.
